Faith is living her life in Chicago when she is
pulled from her life into another world. In this new world she is expected to
help the Battle God Aron combine is souls into one and take his place with the
other gods. Will she be able to help him and get home to her life or will she
be stuck in this new world?
I felt the book could have been shorter as it felt
like it dragged on a bit. The book is 656 pages and it felt longer. I liked the
overall story. Aron grows and changes throughout the story and it was
interesting to see. Faith was also interesting, but it took me time to not
being frustrated with her. I understand she is thrust into this world but come
on. You can’t do what you would do in your old life.
