The idea was here for this book but it just didn’t work for me. It went from the guys bullying her for being there to all in and in love with her. It was like a light switch was flipped for the guys. There was no groveling at all with how they treated her once they wanted her. I was also confused by the parents.

I loved seeing FMC get her HEA in this book after meeting her in the last book. She had such a hard life up to this point and was so strong but when the guys come in to help it was such a cute story. I was so happy the people who were horrid got what was coming to them in the end.

Loved the audiobook. The narrators did an amazing job bringing the story to life. I enjoyed the couple and how they came together. The miscommunication between them about him taking money from her to keep quiet was amusing. The big are you kidding me moment was when the BFF show up. Like dude you are totally bringing the stalker here. That part irritated me but it was fine.

Putting her pain on the page is difficult, but the reaction is beyond what she could imagine. A bidding war for her memoir spurs legal action and before long she finds herself in court. Does she have the right to tell her story with all the documentation that the Omega Centre found, or does her sleepy home town get to remain oblivious to their part in the most heinous act of aggression on an omega in the last two decades. Is honesty the best policy or should she forget about the pain?
Life continues and she finds that getting surprised by another heat is uncomfortable while she is having dinner with the in-laws and her mates can’t get her home. She is really glad that Ford has been helping her make friends because she really needs one now.

Part two was so worth it. I loved how much FMC continued to grow and change and demand the future she wanted. I loved the male omega and the guys learning how to make the woman in their lives happy. It does conclude their HEA and it was worth reading every minute of the book.

I loved listening to this audiobook. It had so much humor in it. It was lighthearted and so cute. I loved the FMC and the lion add in the two MMC who want her and it was just a good book. I enjoyed the adventure and the challenges in the book. The aliens that kidnapped FMC were amusing in how stupid they were. I really want to know what happens with FMC’s family and how it plays out on Earth but I always want that information. Cannot wait for book 2.

I LOVED this book so much. It was an interesting new take on Beauty and the Beasts and the ending makes me want the next book to be out now.  I loved the give and take between MMC and FMC. The fact that he insists on having a fake relationship with her to protect her is so sweet. I loved how everything played out in the book.

With any luck, she will choose them. If not, they will have to charm her. Either way, Olivia is theirs.

Was this book the best book ever…No but it was like kitten nip for me. I enjoyed reading this book so much. It was an interesting take on omegaverse. I loved the FMC was choosing herself vs the pack who saved her. I know it was part one of two going into it but it needed both books. I loved how the MMC Omega was with her and wanted to teach her everything and keep her. Will be reading the next one ASAP.

She won’t ask for help and was planning on using the gas station down the road. He doesn’t think it was acceptable and started demoing his room for her. It was so freaking sweet. The issues with his ex was just meh but I enjoyed the reading of these two together.

The idea of the book was interesting but I never got past how bitchy Sasha was to everyone throughout the book. I also never understood why he was all in from the first meeting. Like I get his teammates had all found their forever and the zing. Zing doesn’t mean forever love. Yes this couple was together in the end but I highly doubt they would stay together.

I loved this one so much. Aethelthryth “Ethel” is a vampire and she tangles with Lazlo who is a slayer. When he loses his memory of everything she could have totally taken him out but she can’t. It was such a sweet moment. I loved how much care she gives him throughout the book. When the full story comes out it made me love the book even more.

I liked the idea of this story but the actual implementation was lacking. I wanted to know why there weren’t any big consequences for the alphas who hurt Lena. The pack she ends up with don’t really make up for how they acted after the heat ended. Also no one questions the amount of sex that she had in library. Yes it happened during a storm but you're telling me no one noticed afterwards. Overall, it was a meh read and I this was a second attempt at reading this author. This one wasn't better than the last one so I am done trying.

I really enjoyed this one. The narrators did an amazing job bringing the story to life. I enjoyed the curse story line. I liked how it all played out between Petra and Dax. The twist towards the end was different and not what I expected.

This was my least liked book in this series. Best parts was it was a really quick read. It was an interesting take on supernaturals. However, the fact she hooked up while still technically dating. Yes her boyfriend had abandoned her and was a major dick but still in a relationship. Also unlike other books in the series I felt like there was no connection between Cat and Brigan. It was all heat and no substance.

Considering I am not a fan of mafia books in general this one wasn’t bad. I didn’t like it and won’t read another in the series. What I loved was the pining between them. They very much wanted to be together but because of the nature of the families they couldn’t. She had to help him with planning a wedding to her sister. You could see how much this hurt her and there was a lot of emotions there. That was about all I liked. The entire family knew who he wanted to be with instead tried to marry him off to the minor sister. That is a whole other issue. Add in the cheating. Yes it was between the main characters but he was engaged when they got together and that is a hard pass to me.

A Not so Meet Cute by Meghan Quinn

The quintessential question asked to every couple. And the answer is usually some bubbly, lovey dovey tale of being struck in the bum by Cupid’s arrow.

My meet cute (well not so meet cute) is slightly different. I was trolling a wealthy neighborhood in Beverly Hills, searching for someone to take me as their bride, you know, to make my arch nemesis jealous who consequently just fired me.

He was stomping around the block like some sort of gorgeous ogre, mumbling about a business deal gone wrong and attempting to finagle his way out of it.

And that's when we bumped into each other.

There were no sparks.

Not even a hint of blossoming love.

But next thing I knew, I was scarfing down free chips and guac, listening to this man lay out all of his problems which led to his big ask . . . he wanted me to be his Vivian Ward, you know, from Pretty Woman--minus the frisky behavior.

We're talking about living in a mansion, intimate double dates, and pretending we were head over heels in love . . . and engaged. Can you imagine?

The absolute audacity.

But people do crazy things when they’re desperate. And I reeked of desperation. So, I struck up a deal.

My one big mistake, though . . . big . . . HUGE? I accidentally fell for the incomparable Huxley Cane.

I struggled with this book because I didn’t like the characters. Lottie was selfish and she constantly picked fights with Huxley. She was relying on him for so much and yet was fighting with him over everything. She acted like a teenager and never really got better. If this was my first book by Quinn I probably would skip the author. There are better books out there. I did love the narrators. They did an excellent job bringing the story to life.
