Valerie Bowen isn’t brave.
She was given an out by Eve, but she couldn’t leave without Dravka. She knows her aunt will never let them go so
to keep Dravka and the other Kraven’s safe she trades her freedom for
theirs. Dravka has wanted Valerie
forever but knows they can never be together.
When he finds out she’s engaged he loses it. Will they find a way to be together and safe
from Eve’s aunt?
When I finished the first book, I was interested to see how
Valerie and Dravka would save themselves.
It was interesting to see them navigate the dangers Valerie’s aunt poses
to them. I really was rooting for them
as they both had such sucky lives and deserved their happy ending. I did like how it ended. Where you need to read book 1 to understand 2
you don’t necessarily need those two to understand this one. It helps but doesn’t make a huge
difference. I am very curious to see how
the next book goes.
