Grier Woolworth works as a tour guide taking people around
Savannah telling them ghost stories.
What the guest don’t know is that she is a necromancer who has recently
gotten out of supernatural prison. Grier
is trying to put her life back together and do the best she can with what she
has. When her life is turned upside down
again with a status change that puts her in the crosshairs of the supernatural community.
The book was awesome in a strange way. It was different in a good way. The little bit you learn about what Grier has
been through makes it more understandable when she is a bit whiney and she is a
bit whiney at times. Her friend Amelia and
her potential love interest Boaz were a little bit more frustrating for
me. They take Grier’s imprisonment as a
personal affront and how dare she not consider their feelings. I can’t wait to read the next book to see
where this story is going.
