Grier has finished her training to protect Savanah so now Linus and her can marry.  They will need to juggle the wants of the magical community with what they want while dealing with a threat to their friends and family.

I enjoyed this glimpse into their lives two years after the conclusion of the last book.  You get to see how everyone is doing.  Plus see Grier and Linus get their happily ever after.  It was an interesting twist for the bad guy.  It also tied up some minor loose ends.  If you’ve read the rest of the books then this book is a good addition to the series.
