Raven loved being a doctor and also loved fighting
with Connor Jackson. When he saves her from a fire. Now he’s taking care of her,
and she HATES it. When she takes off in the middle of the night Connor is
worried but when she comes back things are looking up. Will they find a way to
HEA?
I enjoyed this a lot. Raven has a lot of trauma she
is working through that she doesn’t tell Connor about at first. She eventually does
and it’s heartbreaking what she’s gone through. There were tears shed reading
this book, but I did enjoy it overall. Raven is a dick at the beginning, but
she does make it up to him by the end of the book. Then of course Elise Faber gives
a little clip for the next book and makes me mad it isn’t out until September.
