Season of Love – Marie Force – 2*
I
had a really hard time with this one. I liked the characters. I liked them as a
couple. What I didn't like was how they got together. There was no down time
between Laura breaking up with her husband and her getting together with Owen.
Like no time. She shows up on the island and he changes his entire life to take
care of her. She's pregnant with her ex's baby, going through a nasty divorce,
and they both think it is great idea to jump into a new relationship.
Another issue is there are too many storylines. Each book has stuff from the other couples. Some books it blends well and the story is continuous without any problems but with this one it wasn't.
