Half shifter Frankie was surprised to receive an email from
someone claiming to be her aunt. She finds out a dark secret her grandparents
had kept from her. Her father allegedly killed his mate and then himself. They
kept her from his family but her paternal grandma was dying and wanted to see
her, Frankie doesn't remember the part of her past, but she's interested in
meeting them. Trick is interested in her helping her remember and claiming her.
Will she figure out what happened to her parents?
I liked Trick and Frankie but felt like I needed more in the
end with those who were responsible for her parents’ death. Plus, her
grandparents really Suck and never really make up for it. It fit in with the
rest of the series and worked.
