Winter break wasn’t supposed to turn into a whirlwind romance for Charlotte Hodges. She finds her dream pack landing in her lap, just a year before she’s due to graduate.

But life is never that easy, especially when the men she falls in love with are all getting drafted to different hockey teams. Long distance is hard. It’s even harder when the people you trusted the most aren’t there for you in your worst moment.

Charlotte thought she could move on. They would never put her over hockey and Charlotte knows her worth. Unfortunately, she can’t seem to forget about the three men she fell in love with on the ice. Especially when they'll do whatever it takes to make this pack work and prove they are the right Alphas for her.

 

Hockey and Omegaverse should equal a good book but this one just pissed me off. Charlotte is a pushover through this entire book. She never fights for anything. The guys are just as bad. Like your mate refuses to talk to you and you just go about your business. The guys figure shit out but still don't go after her until she shows back up in their lives. It ended up being a whole of me hating all the characters.

Loved this book. It mixes mafia with omegaverse. Super spicy with so much drama. Never read a Sara Blue book but this one makes me want to pick up more. I liked the characters and the give and take between the characters. Elena’s brother gets what’s coming to him. Would love to see more with these characters.

Liv DeSoto has been in love with her brother’s best friend forever. It only got worse when she perfumed as an omega and him an alpha. The problem he’s not interested in her. She finds out he and his trial pack joined Heat Haven she figures this is the ideal time to try to get her forever with him, River, and Grayson. She steals their clothes for her nest and everyone but Dean is happy about her stalking habits. Now she just needs Dean to get on board and her father to back off.

This was a good book. As you read it you can understand why Dean tried to stay away from Liv. You feel a lot of empathy for her as her Father is crazy. You want to deck her brother for not protecting her. Liv has so much more strength than a lot of characters. Everyone gets what they deserve in the end but it’s heartbreaking what Liv has to go through to get her HEA.

Emily is about to go into heat, and she needs to find some Alphas to help her through it. Since she doesn’t have a pack she will have to rely on organization to find her the alphas to get her through her Heat. A chance meeting with Griffin makes her wish he was her alpha. Once her heat is over will they find their forever or is it a one off?

This was a quick and dirty romance. I enjoyed the book but it isn’t anything deep. I didn’t like how it ended. I felt there was too much left up in the air. I subscribed to her newsletter and got a short story that concludes their love story. If you choose to read this one, I highly recommend doing this as it made this a more enjoyable.
