I loved seeing Dessie and Fox get their HEA. At the end of the last book I had so many questions and several of them were answered in this book but I still have so many more. This one was a quick read and it was nice to revisit the characters.

Joel won over Rosie’s heart but there are still things that are trying to keep them apart. Will they be able to get their happily ever after?

I wanted to love this book as I’ve enjoyed the rest of the series. It was just fine. At times it felt very disjointed, like there was something left out that needed to be there. I am also still really confused by what all Rosie’s mom and dad did. A lot is alluded to but never explained nor why Rosie was set up to take the fall. Then you throw in the fights at the end of the book between Rosie and Joel that made zero sense. The ending that sets up the next book was interesting. Overall, it was nice to see them get their HEA but this one had problems.

Joel has never had to work for the interest in someone, but Billie Rose makes him work for her. It’s worth it though because she’s everything to him. When outside forces try to tear them apart will they prevail or will everything fall apart.

This one started right where the last one ended. I had issues with Billie Rose in this one. She has 0 faith in Joel. When someone claims to be his wife instead of asking him about it, she just takes off. It frustrated me. There was a legit answer and he had to chase after her to explain. It’s a whole thing with her. Misunderstanding she runs and he chases and has to force her to listen. Then all is well. Later on, other stuff happens that caused problems because she doesn’t share the load. Other than this I loved the book. It does on the cliff of all cliffs. That made me so incredibly angry. I need the next one now so I can see how their story concludes.

Billie hates hockey players. They cause nothing but problems for her town. With a wildfire destroying the town Billie doesn’t have time to fight with anyone particularly hot as sin Joel. He’s too distracting and just rubs her the wrong way. The more time they spend together the more she likes him but when secrets come out will they find their happy ending?

I need the next book stat. This enemies to lovers is so good and then it just ends. I love the growth between Billie and Joel. It starts with a hook up and a whole lotta anger and it slowly heats up to falling in love. The big reveal on the last page is horrible because now I have to wait for the next book. If you liked Billie Rose in the series first three books you will like the beginning of her story.

Axel and Bailey are back for the conclusion to their story. Life keeps throwing issues at them. Will they be able to weather the storm and find their happy ending?

This was a nice conclusion to Axel and Bailey's story. It definitely was a tearjerker just without it started and how it ended. I wanted to see more with Axel's mom. It talks about her waiting trial but not the actual conclusion and I kind of wanted to know if she was convicted of anything that she so rightly deserves to be convicted of. Can't wait for Bailey's aunt's story.

Bailey never expected to fall for Axel but she has. How is she supposed to figure things out with him when he's so far away. Plus, her parents are back and they are with her abusive ex. Will they be able to navigate all that's being thrown at them and find some happy?

If you haven't read book 1 you should stop right now as this is a continuous story and you won't be able to follow along without the first book. This one started right where the first ended with a confrontation with Bailey's parents and ex. If you enjoy a walk through of a relationship you will like this book. It takes their struggles and puts it out there. Bailey is the one who struggled the most in this book. Should she trust Axel and let him pay for things she needs or walk away. We see a lot of progress in their relationship and lots of sexy time. Overall, good story and it kept me interested.

Axel is waiting for his chance at the big leagues. Until then he is stuck in the minors, in a small town, with not a lot to do. When he and his teammates tear up the local bar one too many times the mayor Billie Rose, decides enough is enough and takes matters into her own hands. She handcuffs him to the railing of her niece’s house. Bailey loves her ranch but is tired of struggling to make everything running. When she wakes up to a naked man handcuffed to her railing. She doesn’t have time for this but gets him out and lets him call for a ride. Thinking that will be the last of it until the next morning when he shows up again in the same state. The more time Axel spends with Bailey the more he wants to be better. He wants to give her the world but when he gets called up to the majors to work with the Gold will this change their new romance.

I absolutely adore this book. It flowed nicely. The characters were awesome. I loved Bailey's aunt and I want her to get her own story. Bailey and Axel had their own issues they're working through. It would have been a 5 star for me, but I hate cliffhanger endings. Now to wait impatiently for the next two parts so I can find out how Bailey and Axel get their happy ending.
