she begins to receive frightening messages and is on the receiving end

of escalating violence, she thinks she knows who is to blame. The man

who already destroyed one life already.

But Reece isn't convinced. The threats are too personal, and even if

Roxy doesn't believe him, he's not willing to let anyone hurt her.

Including himself. He's already messed up more than once when it comes

to Roxy and he's not going to let history repeat itself.

It is a part of a series and it felt like you were dropped in the middle of the story so you do need to read the other books. I also struggled with Roxy being very bitchy even though she’s in danger. She was too stupid to live so many times. I also felt Reece let miscommunications go on too long between them which put her in more danger. Overall, it was an ok read.

Loved the audiobook. The narrators did an amazing job bringing the story to life. I enjoyed the couple and how they came together. The miscommunication between them about him taking money from her to keep quiet was amusing. The big are you kidding me moment was when the BFF show up. Like dude you are totally bringing the stalker here. That part irritated me but it was fine.

I liked this but not loved it. There was humor throughout the book with the stalking. The other man drama was just meh. I am still questioning how Jack finds Chloe when Chloe was in danger. I liked it enough to check out book 2.

Arya is stubborn and doesn’t need anyone’s help until a serial killer turns his sights to her. She needs to rely on Erik to keep her safe. Will she be able to let go and let him do what needs to be done to stay alive?

We finally find out who the serial killer is, and it was worth the wait. I loved that the ladies saved themselves in this book. Beyond that Sorenson and Arya were awesome together. They worked well. My biggest issue was Arya was too stupid to live and that’s what led to her being kidnapped. Overall, good series to read.
