After walking away from Dommie once, Walker doesn’t
have it in him to leave her a second time. He is determined to make it work no
matter that she thinks it is short term. Can he win her over before the past
rears its ugly head and ruin everything?
I loved Dommie and Walker. The back and forth with
them made me giggle so many times. The fact that Walker walked away from her previously,
he had a lot to make up for in this one and he definitely does. He also had a
good reason for walking away but that isn’t the point. Overall, it was a lighthearted
romance with a small bit of drama but not a lot. If you’ve liked her other
hockey romance books you will like this one.
