Not every alpha is a good man. Charlie found this
out the hard way when she moved in with an alpha after her daughter’s father
died. He abused her and made it impossible for her to do anything. When she is
given help and moved to the Omega Exchange in Colorado, she hopes everything is
looking up. She just has to stay away from the three owners. They already love
her daughter and want to take care of her. Will she let the past go and hold on
to her future?
I struggled with some of the subplots in this book.
Why was Charlie living with Brent was one of the big ones. How did he even find
them? Considering cash was paid and people picked her up had no connection with
her at all. How did Gayle find Shannon’s information. Charlie had talked about
her with the guys, but it was discussed with Gayle. All of these knocked the
book down for me. I liked the writing and overall story, but had quite a few
questions left at the end.
