Trinity and friends crash an Alpha party to find their missing friend. The pills they took to blend in might be a bad idea when Trinity starts to not feel well and ends up going into heat. Three strangers come to her rescue and get her out of there. Things aren’t as they seem, and Trinity and her men have some secrets that they will have to work through.

This was a well written book. I loved the characters in the book. The one downside was the cliffhanger ending. Why must we have cliffhanger endings. There are a bunch of secrets that are being worked through. I didn’t feel like I was dropped into the story but did fall into it. Need the next one.

Asher loves Mel and Mel loves Asher. The problem is he thinks his brother wants her and she thinks he doesn’t want her. When something heinous happens to Mel they both struggle to find their new normal. Will they find their way to a HEA?

This book was amazing. Subject warning the main female character is raped off page but the entire book is about her finding herself and moving on with her life. Since she was interested in Asher prior to the rape he blames himself for it. We see his struggle to not blame himself while seeing Mel do the same. I loved seeing Mel take back her life and get her happily ever after. The best proposal was in this book. I finished this book and wanted to start it over and find all the nuances thus 5 stars.

As a firefighter Parker knows what his life is going to be like until he meets Tamsen. She calls for help and his team shows up. He feels connected to her but doesn’t want to pursue her since he met her on a call that is until he meets her again at his mother’s engagement party where the groom to be is Tamsen’s father. Since his mother is very wealthy he wants to find out if Tamsen’s dad is a gold digger. Best way to find out is to get close to his daughter. Will he be able to keep feelings out of it?

I wanted to like this one but I hated the main characters. They were both so ridiculous and I couldn’t connect with them. I felt like they were both so shallow and I just couldn’t get passed it and like the book. Parker is an ass and is investigating Tamsen’s dad which is fine but he uses her to find information and that wasn’t good. It was a hard pass for me.

Journey hasn’t had any of her first yet. At 16 she’s just coming into her own when she’s got the bad boy and the MVP vying for her attention. Which guy will get her?

I don’t know if I just wasn’t in the right mood for a YA esq type book but this one just hit wrong for me. It was very angsty and maybe just wasn’t what I wanted when I read it. The writing was good and it held my interest. I will be giving the next one a chance.

Those that are marked are taken away to somewhere else never to be seen again. When marks appear on Jasinda she is taken to the consulate for processing. Now expected to live a different life Jasinda is confused with what she needs to do and who to trust. Does she trust the Commander or someone from her past?

I’ve never hated a book by this author and this one made me incredibly mad. I wish I hadn’t read it and it caused me to take a break from the author. I think my biggest issue was Jasinda knew nothing. She was raised ignorant and when someone she thought she could trust asked for her help she gave it. This went against the man she loved and he was willing to throw her away because how dare she…do something she thought was right because you were keeping secrets. I just couldn’t get past how he treated her.

Elwyn is well aware her only reason for living is to marry well and bring a connection to her community. She is worthless without a good marriage. When she is traded to a neighboring community she expects the experience she had with her father’s community. Instead she finds women are respected and encouraged to do things that make them happy. She’s also not being forced into a marriage but given a choice of who she wants to end up with. Will she find her HEA?

I loved this story and it probably would have been a 5 star read but it ended on a freaking cliffhanger ending and the new one isn’t out until May 2023. I loved how much Elwyn grows and changes with the encouragement of Thorsten and Trygve. They both want her and don’t care if she’s with the other one. When the ending came I was so incredibly angry because I wanted them to conclude the their story with them getting a HEA and that is not what we get. I can’t wait for the next book to come out.

Mistaken identity leads to the wrong twin being taken. He meant to take his fated mate but got me instead. We agreed to a deal. I’ll help him become heir to the Demon Empire while he searches for the demon who stole my sister.

I wanted to like this book. It has a really good idea, but I never felt like the Skye and Sol connected and even though there are still three more books in the series I am going to pass. I was also very confused by the fact that Sol never ever even considers he might be wrong on who is his soul mate is considering they are IDENTICAL twins. I’ll skip the rest.
