Vale Reed finally found a pack of trustworthy men to
build a life with, but chaos threatens to upend the safety she thought she'd
found.
Time is ticking away on her pregnancy, and
everything feels out of control with Andrew still on the loose. Not to mention
Mercer’s family is in town, and with his inheritance hanging in the balance,
they can't stay hidden on the compound forever.
Vale’s pack rallies around her, dead set on keeping
her and the baby safe, but bad guys are more dangerous than good men.
After all, they don't have lines they won't cross.
This was a bit of a let down from book one but was
still good. Vale forgave the guys way too fast and it irritates me. I wanted
more with the ring the guys were going after. I also felt like Vale was so
stupid during the fight scene. It also could have been one story instead of
two. Still good but could have been better.
