Bailey has always celebrated Halloween with the rest of the town but this year it’s different. There are people being murdered she has a close connection with. They are the ones responsible for the death of her best friend and no one ever was punished for it. Now someone is making them all pay but will they hold her responsible too?

This was an interesting trouple. I love the idea of the book and mostly how it played out. There were issues with the plot and so many questions still unanswered. One of the big ones is Bailey’s parents didn’t question anything or keep her close when people are dying. Like ok. Also MMC parents are mentioned but not used even though it was their daughter that died and someone is getting revenge for. Also how did the guys meet and end up together. Lots of questions so it was ok. If you like a darker story based on revenge with some interesting smexy times give it a shot.

Since he can’t be with her in the open, he will meet her in secret until he comes up with a plan to keep her forever. However, the king has his own plans and forces Charlie’s hand into marrying someone else. Will he find a way to be with her?

How was she not furious with him that he abandoned her when she was pregnant to marry someone else?!?!?!? Then he finally is able to come back, and he proposes right before she is due, and all is forgiven. She spent months alone and she doesn’t even hesitate to take him back. I was so disappointed. It wasn’t bad until this point in the book. It had a good pace with a lot of smexy time. I wanted more world building and more info on the prince’s family and FMC history. Overall, it was ok but needed work.

Poppy is just trying to live her life, barely making ends meet but doing the best she can. A strange necklace shows up and her life changes. She’s mated to some hell hounds and needs to track down the rest of her fated mates if she chooses to continue down the path to become a goddess.

I wanted to like this more than I did. It felt like the beginning of a story and not a complete in anyway book. I looked at the rest and there are 3 more books and $3 each so total would be $9 for a complete story. That’s not horrible but also with how much the first book was lacking I am not interested in investing in another book. It also doesn’t help that the description of the books are almost identical which leads me to believe the plot doesn’t move fast. If someone else wants to give it a shot and let me know if they are worth it.

Spicy Snowed in, age, gap, omegaverse book that’s worth reading. Nicholas is an ass through most of the book but he pulls out a super sweet move to win her over just to royally fuck it all up. He sort of makes up for the later mess but not really for the issues he caused. I loved Candy and all her friends. I also loved Nicholas’ siblings. The siblings are all so welcoming to her and want to take care of her all while bashing their brother. I kind of want more books with all of them. Can’t wait for the next book.
